I am a life-long resident of the Baltimore/DC metropolitan area and have resided in Howard County for many years. This area is a beautiful and unique location to which I have proudly chosen to raise my own family. As a locally-owned and operated company in Maryland, I have a direct stake in helping the community grow and prosper.
Licensed and Educated: All Maryland home inspectors are required by law to be licensed. As an MD state-licensed home inspector I have undergone the necessary training to meet and/or exceed Maryland state licensing requirements. Over the past ten plus years, I’ve attended many industry-related seminars, obtained additional training, and have attended many courses related to residential and commercial inspections. In addition, I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI requires all members to meet particular continuing education requirements annually to ensure that we are up-to-date and in the know of the latest changes and advances in the industry. Monthly technical literature is also offered to keep inspectors up-to-date on the most recent inspection news, technologies, and professional standards.

Experienced: My background, which includes more than 18 years in residential and commercial field service and field service management, has fine-tuned my ability to properly and effectively communicate with my clients, and also enables me to provide you with prompt, professional and thorough inspection services. I am constantly educating myself and attending various approved educational classes and seminars to increase my knowledge of the industry so that I may better serve you!
Fully Insured: I carry Errors and Omissions (E&O) and general liability insurance through TARGET CAPITAL.
Held to High Standards: As a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), I adhere to the standards of practice, code of ethics, and required membership examinations for ASHI certification. ASHI’s practices are nationally recognized as the standard for a home inspection.
